Sikkens Cetol BL21 plus is suitable for application to exterior smooth planed softwoods and hardwoods for use as a basestain prior to finishing with Sikkens Cetol BL31. Sikkens Cetol BL21 plus is highly moisture vapour permeable – allowing the timber to breath, resistant to ultraviolet light and contains a fungicide to inhibit growth of disfiguring moulds within the coating film. These characteristics offer excellent long term durability, and real low-maintenance benefits.
